In "Hanse - The Hanseatic League" you play an aspiring merchant in 15th century Europe.
Your goal is to hold together and expand the trading guild of the Hanseatic League – a once powerful city union that is now fighting for its position among five other ambitious guilds.
You travel to over 20 cities all across Europe in the name of the illustrious Hanse, trade goods, expand your own fleet of ships and establish diplomatic relations. You will even get the opportunity to explore North America and lead the early European settlements to greatness through business and diplomacy.
Trade with over 100 different goods and help the Hanse achieve untold power and riches. Secure the support of political allies through strategic marriages and thus establish a successful merchant dynasty of your own. Come out on top in the competition among the traders and secure yourself a place in the history of the Hanse!

I was almost starting to enjoy, but then I saw that my fleet is sailing super slow. It turns out my ships are damaged to 2% remainder; wtf? It also turns out that the damages occur frequently without the need to go to battle. Furthermore, these damages cost nearly a thousand to repair (for the hulls alone; the sails also another thousand). Yet I am barely making 500 on a full map circling. What a joke of a game.

This game is not ready to use. Many kind of bugs like not droping moral at weak transports. The filter system is not clear to use. Many goods are not available at the market. You have no chance to produce some thing to bring the game forward. To by this game was a failure.

Good game, playable you can say. Interesting gameplay with mechanics not seen in other games. It's not big and it's like shake of Patrician and The Guild.

This game seems unbalanced and bugged. It takes ages to make money as the towns don't seem to produce a lot and the mechanics seem falty. I'm not bothering with it anymore. Port royal 3 is quite similar and much more fun.
