This is probably the best game in the series for jumping in as a beginner. SF6 has them all The online community is thriving with tons of players. Now has never been a better time to get into the Street Fighter franchise

They don't allow buying characters individually on Steam. Either you get the overly expensive pass, or buy their own digital currency that is either over the amount you need or too little. Very predatory that steered me away from buying dlc all together even when I wanted to. Wouldn't recommend this game for that reason.
