From the BAFTA-Award winning studio behind Monument Valley and Assemble with Care comes something entirely new.
Join Alba as she visits her grandparents on a Mediterranean island. She is ready for a peaceful summer of wildlife exploration with her friend Ines, but when she sees an animal in danger, she realises she needs to do something about it.
This is truly a Mediterranean paradise if you ignore all the litter! From the idyllic beaches to the ancient castle overlooking the town a whole island is ready to be explored. With Ines and your grandfather - who is a total bird nerd - by your side, you can start the movement to save the island. Maybe even the world after that.
Handcrafted visuals. Every little corner of the island has been looked after with great detail. Trust me, it took us a while to make it
Join Alba and Ines to found the AIWRL (really rolls off the tongue doesn't it?), an organisation that can save the island
You will need to gather a bunch of volunteers and the town is full of good people. Help them out and convince them to join you
There are animals everywhere, can you find all the species?
What you can expect:
Great music. We worked with Lorena Alvarez, to make a soundtrack that is equal parts Spain and Amazing
This is a Chillectathon. Make your time on the island your own and experience the adventure at your own pace. No rush
A place you want to stay. We based this on our childhood summers and, well, we wish we could go back. This island is the next best thing
Honestly, a feel-good game about running around and doing good deeds

A cute game about protecting wildlife, has a nice message and a really beautiful art style, but I do feel like it's a bit too slow at times especially with the lack of a sprint button which even if it was not that fast I would've appreciated. It does get more entertaining as it progresses once you have access to more tools and I did enjoy myself.

Had an amazing time playing this game. The music and the art are very well polished and made, and I encountered no bugs while playing. The story is short but meaningful. Would have loved to see more gameplay, as the game is rather short, but an amazing experience nontheless.

Alba was a delight all around! It was incredibly fun running around and snapping photos of all the different animals, and I'm a big fan of the low-poly art style. Doing good feels good; I went out of my way to build bird boxes even if they weren't tied to a specific task. I also quite liked the writing, especially the newspaper headlines for rescuing wildlife and discovering rare animals! Alba is a game packed with charm, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a short, heartfelt time.

I had a lot of fun with this even if I don't see myself finishing it. You go around taking pictures of animals and do little puzzles to unlock more animals for more pictures. I did find it a bit tedious running around to figure out what I needed to do next, but that's a nitpick. Overall, I'd recommend it, at least on sale.
