Hey, Fountain Seekers!
We're getting closer to release, and it's time to put the game through its paces! Our new Steam Playtest is now live, and we'd love your help testing the latest build.
How to Join
If you already have playtest access, you're all set! Simply launch the playtest version from your Steam Library and jump in.
If you don't have access yet, we're reopening playtest sign-ups! We'll be inviting additional players throughout the test, although we can't guarantee access to everyone who applies.
What's Available?
The current playtest build includes:
First fully playable region
Second region with limited content
What We'd Like You to Test
We're especially interested in feedback on:
Multiplayer: team up with friends and see how everything works together.
Travel between regions: explore the transitions and let us know if anything goes wrong.
Anything else you can think of! Seriously, feel free to experiment, try unusual things, and see what breaks.
Whether you encounter bugs, unexpected behavior, or something that simply doesn't feel right, your feedback will help us make the game better before release. You can leave it on Steam forums or in our official Discord channel.
How Long Will the Playtest Last?
We're initially planning to keep the playtest running for about one week. We'll see how things go and decide whether to extend it based on the results.
Save/Load World and Characters
If you encounter a gameplay-stopping issue, please follow these steps:
1. Save the system folders (saves and logs) for all session participants to send to our DISCORD (...\\AppData\\LocalLow\\Odinsoft\\Survival Fountain of Youth)
2. Try to reconnect or restart the game and load the last save.
3. If the problem persists, start a new session.
