SteamOS and Mac Beta Versions
As we continue to upgrade Rocket League® with new technologies like DirectX 11 and a 64-bit client, it is no longer viable for us to maintain support for the macOS and Linux (SteamOS) platforms. As a result, the final patch for the macOS and Linux versions of Rocket League was released on March 10, 2020. This update disabled online functionality (such as Casual and Competitive Playlists) for players on macOS and Linux, but offline features including Local Matches, and splitscreen play are still accessible.
Please note that Rocket League® on SteamOS and macOS may have bugs and stability issues not seen in the Windows version of the game, and these issues may not be fixed in future updates.
NOTE: Because of agreements with our online service provider, there are certain regions that are unable to connect to Rocket League®’s online multiplayer component. As a result, server access is restricted in China, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Apologies to our customers in those regions.

I have a love-hate relationship with this game. Some days I feel like I could go pro. Other days I miss an open net and immediately question why I even queued. No matter how many times I uninstall it, I always come back. I don't think I'll ever truly quit.

Rocket League is a game I bought in 2015, and have played on and off since. It is singlehandedly the most skill dependent game I have ever played, and the fact that I am gold across the board (diamond at one point) is insane to me. It was like 30 bucks when I bought it, and even tough its free now, I would buy it many times again. I have about 150 hours on PS4, so roughly 300ish in total. I'm by no means great at this game, but damn is it a good time when you're winning. What a save!

Game is not worth your time or effort. Community is so incredibly toxic, your teammates will throw instantly, if your teammate DC's mid game too bad so sad, enjoy grinding more!! Think about why they made this game free to play - it's because nobody wants to waste their money. Do anything else, learn Chinese, rekindle friendships, find a gf, literally anything else. Waste of my life.

I will now open my wallet to a new game. one not bourdoned by a desprate search for a fair match. for anyone reading this that thinks its okay to cheat & Smurf in games like this one, you're the epitome of a failure.

if you work at the speed of fast theres no need to learn how to fly, and the game is fun accordances of where and when to be and it will increase your life's feeling while working your brain. funnest part sometimes is working out when and how to fly for the funniest and best saves there is.
