Evoland is a journey through the history of action/adventure gaming, allowing you to unlock new technologies, gameplay systems and graphic upgrades as you progress through the game.
Inspired by many cult series that have left their mark in the RPG video gaming culture, Evoland takes you from monochrome to full 3D graphics and from active time battles to real time boss fights, all with plenty of humor and references to many classic games.
Evoland 2 graphics style is changing as you travel through time and its gameplay evolves as you move along the storyline. It is also a real RPG at heart, with a deep scenario based on time travel: explore different eras and change the history of the world. And it mixes up the style of game you go through, since it runs you through, not only, the story of the characters, but also, in a way, a homage to the story of video games, as it references a few different genres.

I've already played the first game countless times in flash, mobile and I'll say it again. Literary perfect representation of Final fantasy and rpg games. Second game kinda left me disappointed with its length but it was fun for sure with the jokes

Oodles of fun here. Some of the old annoyances of console games are here again: music loops that slowly drill into your brain until you finish a level, things ro defeat which don't seem to want to be defeated (and send you back to a point in the level), plus an ability to suck time out of your day before you've realized what you've done. HOORAY! It's just like the old days! BOOO! It's just like the old days!
