The Budapest Film Symphony, led by the internationally acclaimed composer Inon Zur (Prince of Persia, Dragon Age, Fallout…) created a sublime score, and interpreted meaningful themes for the characters and locations throughout the game
Syberia: The World Before is the culminating point of the late Benoit Sokal’s steampunk and wonderous universe. a masterpiece. brought back nostalgia from when i played syberia 1&2. this one is far better though: the setting, the storyline, the puzzles, the visuals. all in all, one of my fav game franchises.
Such an immersive experience, this game takes storytelling and world building to a whole new level. The music, the visuals, the storylines.... there are several scenes here that I will remember for a long time.

While its better than the third entry, it still falls WAY too short when compared to the first or second game. Kate Walker is ruined to the point where she is too unlikeable for me to root for her. Especially when she refused to return home to visit her mother's grave. Dana's story was superior in every way, and her story was the only thing that kept me going. 5/10
