My key doesn't work. What should I do?
A quick checklist usually solves it:
- Enter the key without extra spaces; don't confuse 0/O and 1/I.
- Make sure the key is for the right platform (Steam, not EA App / Ubisoft Connect).
- Restart the Steam client and try again.
If Steam says the key is invalid or already used
Contact us and attach:
- your order number;
- a screenshot of the error with the key visible.
We'll verify the key with the supplier and replace it or refund you.
