My key doesn't work. What should I do?

A quick checklist usually solves it:

  1. Enter the key without extra spaces; don't confuse 0/O and 1/I.
  2. Make sure the key is for the right platform (Steam, not EA App / Ubisoft Connect).
  3. Restart the Steam client and try again.

If Steam says the key is invalid or already used

Contact us and attach:

  • your order number;
  • a screenshot of the error with the key visible.

We'll verify the key with the supplier and replace it or refund you.
