What's your refund policy?

If your game key has not been redeemed, you can request a refund within seven days of purchase. Each request is reviewed individually.

When a refund is possible

  • The key has not been revealed, redeemed or activated.
  • The request is submitted within seven calendar days of purchase.
  • The key is invalid or region-locked and we couldn't replace it — full refund at any time.

How we refund you

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • If the payment provider's time limit has passed, we refund with a store gift card.

Not covered

  • Technical issues inside the game — crashes, performance or compatibility problems are handled by the game's developer or publisher.
  • Working keys that have already been activated.
