Skip this, buy Grim Dawn and get the Titan Quest mod for it. Only thing I missed was the throwing weapons. The highlight of this game is its environment design. The maps are pretty, that's it. Too big though, the pacing is god awful. I am shocked the original Titan Quest came out six years after Diablo 1 and 2 but did so much worse with its pacing. I'd even recommend Wolcen over this if you just care about gameplay. Loot is still better than Wolcen's though.

Was hitching, despite all of my efforts to fix, then it crashed without warning. Not worth the headache, especially given the lack of quality of life fixes in the anniversary edition.

I'd even recommend Wolcen over this if you just care about gameplay. Loot is still better than Wolcen's though.

If you really want to try, only at 'Fast' or above game speed. But it is still really clunky and the progression is too slow. It's my first experience with an old school ARPG and I approached it with an open mind. I expected friction but it was still too much for me. As it turns out, this genre relies strongly on solid mechanics if the story is poor and unfortunately neither is well done here.

It looks pretty but the dated game behind the new visuals still holds it back. For me, the game is painfully slow to start. The battles are not very fun, little to no feedback. The story and NPCs didn't interest me at all. I have too many other options to justify giving this game more time right now.
