Wolfenstein The New Order is the cure for modern COD campaigns. Excellent Gunplay, A dark and instense Story, chilling atmosphere, and decent replayability with the branching timelines. Beating the game on UBER difficulty however was torture.

As someone who has previously never played ANY Wolfenstein games before this one, and thought that "killing nazis" is overrated, I must say that this is one of the best single player games I have ever played. This game achieves to be a very fun shooter while also has a heavy, immersive story that I was really engaged in. I really liked the concept of an alternative 60's and they nailed the music of this alternative era perfectly.

So great game, played through it twice now on pc I just tried to play it on my steam Machine. It gets 3fps in certain parts making it unplayable So if you have a pc, its fine, but if you are getting it for steam machine its unplayable. I've sent support a note to let em no that the marker on the store is just wrong.

So... I know this game is well-acclaimed, but I, however, just cannot get into it. While I do genuinely think B.J.'s story, here, is worthwhile making it recommendable, I just don't get the love for the gameplay. To me, shooting felt floaty and the enemies felt like bullet sponges. I often wished that this was a movie rather than a game because I think I would've enjoyed it more. Hot take, I know... just you wait until Wolfenstein: The New Collossus 5/10
