Become an ace doctor, an aspiring architect and a successful manager at the same time. Design your very own hospital, tweak every detail or choose one of the prebuilt scenarios and just jump to the doctor’s duty.
Contract different insurance companies to gain access to patients with interesting medical conditions, perform examinations, laboratory tests and use various equipment to solve the diagnostic puzzles. Hospitalize your patients, perform surgery and more!
Use a collection of various objects, materials and colors to make it truly yours or save your time and use one of many different prefabs.
From hiring to specializations, from doctors to janitors, make sure everybody is doing a great job and finds satisfaction in their work.
Help your doctors and walk them through the most complicated cases or just follow your favorite patients.
There are a few different modes in Project Hospital:
Tutorial levels will guide your through the basics of treating patients and running hospitals.
Sandbox mode offers endless hours of content, building anything from small clinics to huge multi-storey hospitals, starting from scratch or in one of pre-built hospitals or clinics in case you want to jump straight into management. Run you own ambulance service and help handle events and emergencies.
The campaign will put you in the shoes of a crisis manager trying to save a few hospitals in critical state.
6 challenge levels will test your skills and let you focus on the intricate details of individual specialized departments.
Languages - notes
Project Hospital also has a Thai translation, available via a special version of the game, go to Properties -> BETAS -> choose thai-language-support
For Asian languages and the Steam Deck, please run the game using Proton (Properties -> Compatibility) to get fonts to display correctly

This game gets deeper the more you play. I dont add mods but i do have the DLCs and I think they make the game much better. I hope they continue to add to this.

I'll make it simple: Do you enjoy the SIMS? Do you like Scenario-driven basic business management games like any good Zoo or Theme park game? Do you like managing sims and building in general like RimWorld, Project Highrise, or Prison Architect? If you say YES at all then you need to give it a try. This is The best hospital SIM i've ever played, alongside Two Point.

So much depth, so much freedom, while not overwhelming you and keeping it in bite size digestible chunks. I simply adore the game, one where you can very easily lose track of time while playing. Would love to see the devs tackle a similar genre but as something outside of hospitals. They've made gold here!

The bulk of the game is building with a little bit of diagnosis on the side. Otherwise though this feels like a grown up version of Two Point Hospital which is what I was looking for.

Really enjoy this game. Thanks to the person who suggested it if you like Sims, Rimwworld, and Project Highrise. I love all three of those games, and I am loving this too. My only qualm is that the build mechanics can be tricky - it's hard to edit something you already made, and to paint the walls. Regardless it's a fun game. Can't believe I never found this before.
