Pepper Grinder is an action-packed pirate adventure starring the titular Pepper, a seafaring soul with a passion for prospecting, and Grinder, her super-powered drilling device.
Shipwrecked and robbed of her treasure, Pepper must spin up her trusty sidearm to reclaim what the mischievous Narlings stole. Armed with Grinder, Pepper burrows through terrain & water, controls machines, and pulverizes all enemies blocking the way towards recovering her missing fortune - with interest!
Pepper's progress will not be that simple, however, as mysterious beings begin to emerge from the shadows...

Really fun platformer with a good core mechanic and enough extra stuff mixed in to keep it fresh. While the drilling mechanic is different (and very satisfying), the overall momentum reminded me of Donkey Kong Country...

nice and pretty game, simplified control but with various gameplay as an action game. But game's too short, didn't have enough fun yet. Wish for a sequel one.

Pretty good! Reminds me of drill dozer from the GBA in ways that make me feel nostalgic. the level design and bosses are really good and the music is fun. Each and every new mechanic is a breath of fresh air and at worst, sometimes obtuse. Good game.

This has good graphics and some interesting mechanics with robots and guns but ultimately it just isn't enjoyable to play for very long. Maybe it's the default bindings for having to constantly hold right-trigger on my logitech. Maybe it's the fast-paced momentum that even when knowing the level layout it is still too chaotic to accurately predict a trajectory. Either way it's one of the few platformers I'm not likely to ever return to.

Really fun platformer with a good core mechanic and enough extra stuff mixed in to keep it fresh. While the drilling mechanic is different (and very satisfying), the overall momentum reminded me of Donkey Kong Country and Rayman Origins. Definitely challenging, especially the later boss battles, but never feels really unfair (well almost, Mint sometimes turning 180 felt a little cheap at times).

nice and pretty game, simplified control but with various gameplay as an action game. But game's too short, didn't have enough fun yet. Wish for a sequel one.
