port doesn't work. crashes so many times at the very beginning of the game. just buy it on xbox 360 or ps3 if you have one. i got it for ps3 and works completely fine.

Revised review after one playthrough finished and with plenty of optional content left undone. It's one of the best non-mainline FF games ever, period and a step up from XIII. Literally everything wrong with the base ...

This game is broken and makes you download at least 2 community patches to make it work as intended but as someone who hated FFXIII without even hearing about its reputation this game feels like such a massive step up...
I personally prefer XIII and honestly just didn't enjoy this

Revised review after one playthrough finished and with plenty of optional content left undone. It's one of the best non-mainline FF games ever, period and a step up from XIII. Literally everything wrong with the base game has been optimized. Also loved the darker tone and the whole quantum shenanigans, even though I know I'm biased when it comes to that. I can't recommend it enough, even as in the previous game, the port is garbage.

This game is broken and makes you download at least 2 community patches to make it work as intended but as someone who hated FFXIII without even hearing about its reputation this game feels like such a massive step up and has completely changed my opinion on the XIII games even if this port is god awful garbage
