Carto is a charming adventure game wrapped around a unique, world-altering puzzle mechanic. Use this power to explore mysterious lands, help a quirky cast of characters, and guide Carto on her journey back to her family.
Separated from her Granny during a storm, young Carto must use her innate cartography powers to map and manipulate the world around her on her quest to be reunited. As she discovers new “pieces” of the game map, players can rearrange them to shape the levels themselves - unlocking new paths, puzzles, and story moments.
Carto will traverse strange new lands, learn their cultures, and enlist the help of new friends along the way in this hand-crafted adventure.

[h1]The world is the puzzle, but this time for real[/h1] Loved it, loved all the imaginative ways the game uses the map/puzzle thingy, the story while simple made me smile a lot. Such a good vibes and unique game.

this game is even better than i expected it to be. the graphics pulled me in and i stayed for the puzzles and the story. the puzzles make you think, but are very doable at the same time. the story is paced well and gets you caring about the characters. the music and sound effects match the vibe perfectly. i never had my sound off while playing this game. this game is fricken adorable. i'm not sure if it's worth the full price, but i bought it on sale and i definitely recommend

Carto's unique puzzle mechanics make it an enjoyable game. It was fun to watch the pieces change as you progressed through the story. My only complaints are minor; the map can get cluttered while you're translating/rotating the pieces. There were some points where I wished I could either select multiple pieces to move at the same time or temporarily stash them in my inventory. This is especially true on maps with a lot of different terrain types.

Carto's unique puzzle mechanics make it an enjoyable game. It was fun to watch the pieces change as you progressed through the story. My only complaints are minor; the map can get cluttered while you're translating/rotating the pieces. There were some points where I wished I could either select multiple pieces to move at the same time or temporarily stash them in my inventory. This is especially true on maps with a lot of different terrain types.
