In 2455 AD, Kage Mishima used the magical powers of Daikatana, the most powerful sword ever forged, to alter time and establish himself as supreme dictator. You are Hiro Miyamoto, one of the few people on earth who knows what happened. I love this game, I don't know why. It scratches some autistic part of my brain that makes me appreciate what Romero was trying to do and I love the aesthetic, strange weapons and atmosphere. After Episode 1 (which is genuinely awful) the rest of the game is amazing. Definitely overhated but patch 1.3 is essential. Teleporting sidekicks and unlimited saves will cause you less stress and frustration.
