I had not played this game before and found it to be really fun. The story have its moments and chars are charming and unique. Im very keen the play the other games from this series :) Played on the Steam Deck.

Good Shi Square Enix, this was such a beautiful HD/2D jrpg to play through, probably the most enjoyable Star Ocean out!!! The music is nice, the story is decent, the characters are loveable and the gameplay is pretty nice. Worth It!!!!

I highly recommend this game. I had the PSP version and now this one. Remember this, this was once a p1 title, then a psp remake, and today we sit on our ass looking at the computer version. If you want a cleaned up Star Ocean 2 experience, then please get this. I had a little more attraction to the psp version, but this is great. The computer gives the frames and improved the battle system and appearance.
