Capacity for larp is acceptable. Pretty simple/intuitive. Very addictive. Some aspects very unrealistic. 15+% tax on any given colonial import is just completely ridiculous but it's a necessary mechanic to incentivize...

Play England if you want it to make sense. Play Dutch if you want to have fun coming up with dumb names.

You can go to the endgame any time you want, and all you have to do is survive, then retake your cities. Brilliant design.
