I can see why this was well-reviewed, but honestly I'm not sure it's worth playing in this day and age. Combat and movement are very clunky, the visuals look like an edgy Flash game from Newgrounds, and whole game gives a sense of having not aged gently. Everything it does well has been done better since. Might be worth picking up on a sale someday, or perhaps if you're a genre completionist like myself, but if you skip it, you truly won't be missing anything important.
