Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a new three part; standalone adventure set three years before the first game in the BAFTA award-winning franchise.
You play as sixteen-year old Chloe Price who forms an unlikely friendship with Rachel Amber, a beautiful and popular girl destined for success.

Love the game even though I'm not too crazy about the VA for Chloe. The Linux native version runs great after you compile a new shared library and add it to the LD_PRELOAD path in the launch.sh file.

It is a great contribution to the franchise. Even though the story could be more synchronized with the original one, it was a great experience. After playing Before the Storm, I feel like I would have changed some of my decisions in the original game. It is hard to explain how good the game is together with the first one. It is truly a gem. Characters, story, decisions, and narrative. A real gem.

One hella good gut wrenching story. So well written with great characters and really gives you a good idea of where Chloe comes from in the original Life is Strange. I recommend playing this after the original Life is Strange, but even if you haven't played it, this is still a great story. Just unfortunate the remaster of this is so bugged and unplayable. I highly recommend this to anyone.
