Karma: The Dark World is a first-person cinematic psychological thriller set in a dystopian world where the Leviathan Corporation is omnipresent. The year is 1984, the place is East Germany, and things are not quite what they seem.

Explore an alternate timeline set in 1984 East Germany; the Leviathan Corporation rules with an iron fist, controlling its citizens through mass surveillance, social class rules, mind altering drugs and the promise that the gates to Utopia will open to those who serve.

You are Daniel McGovern, a Roam Agent for Leviathan’s Thought Bureau. Using advanced technology to dive into the minds of the accused – you will investigate crime scenes, interview suspects and report your findings back to Leviathan.

Investigate the twisted environments of suspects memories and the horrors that lurk within the corners of their minds. Test your sanity as the boundaries between reality and the surreal blur together – can you trust what you see and keep your sense of self?

Lose yourself in a cinematic interactive story, that explores the themes of family, love, loss and control – where a simple investigation leads to a world of espionage and betrayal, littered with deep and dark secrets.

KARMA: The Dark World is a pretty weird game, especially when it comes to the story and how it mixes memories. Sometimes it's hard to understand what's going on. It's not a game for everyone, but if you like strange psychological games with a strong atmosphere and great visuals, it's worth trying.

It is very very short. Begining was strong. Atmosphere was gread at the begining. But from part 2 it became lame. Ending was bad. I'm not happy about the story. Voices are terrible - while subjects were speaking I was imagining how actors are recording the sound. It sould not be like this. All in all it is average game. You can try it, but do not expect anything good - just average game.

really pretty visuals and i couldn't quite understand what's going on until the end but what kills it for me is just the gameplay I really hope devs like these stay in business but please, shoot higher for gameplay next time I don't need everything to be a shooter but at least understand that Walking Sims area also supposed to be adventure games meaning having interactivity with substance instead of long stretches of just watching through barely interactive cutscenes
