I think it's a little pricey for what you are getting. However if you are enjoying the game then this is a nice little addition. This gives you a new house, which is probably the main reason to buy this DLC. I'm giving it a positive though only just and that is because I think it should be cheaper.

衣服好难看。整个包里就只有莲花和姜还凑合。有点后悔买下来了。 刻板印象的旗袍马褂，配色可以说得上艳俗，开发组稍微查一下资料也不至于弄成这副鬼样子。 虽然有就不错了，但是有时候还不如没有。 To developers: This DLC is extremely frustrating,even offensive for Chinese players. Full of stereotype and outdated discrimination. Traditional Chinese clothing and hair styles are way different from your designs. This color pallet is way too saturated. If you have even spent one hour on looking up more information it won't be this disappointing.
