Captain Roles - Got a guy in your crew who’s been in a few dust-ups and knows how to handle a weapon? A gal who has been running booze all over town and can make some solid deals? Well, once you attain the rank of captain, you’ll be able to give them a specialized role that’s particularly suited to their own, unique experiences. And as befits the boss, you’ll be able to see all of your captains and crew laid out before you in a new organization hierarchy. Some of the roles that your captains will be able to take on include:

The Intimidator
The Jailbird
The Lookout
The Mouthpiece
The Closer
The Accountant
Attaining a specialized role requires very specific experience and expertise, which differs from role to role. A captain can only have one role, so choose wisely!
Schemes - As your gang grows through the 20s, you will discover that your captains will come up with ideas for their own personal schemes. These elaborate illicit activities (such as a bank heist or the blackmail of a crooked cop) unfold over a number of stages, containing different options and potential consequences.
Will you be able to leverage a scheme to your long-term advantage? Or will your captain fall prey to their own ambitions, the law, or your rivals?
Philadelphia map - Your family connections in the area will get you a unique starting condition that is sure to be incredibly profitable. The City of Brotherly Love is a perfect location to make a quick buck with its additional resource production. Philadelphia is also a wealthy city with more banks than your average town, making the bank heist scheme extra appealing - and lucrative.
Your Office - As a boss of a certain standing, you will now be able to set up your office, in a secluded country lodge or stylish downtown penthouse, and fill up your new office with spoils of victory and mementos of your escapades.
Awesome new addition that adds the ability to create a real looking mafia! Really awesome work guys! Love it so far! Now there's lots of stuff and things to do now with all the other DLCs installed!
Schemes are awesome, but beware who does them, if you give them to a key member remember... failing can mean death
To be honest, I am not sure what this dlc gives you that is worth even 5$. From my understanding, the good stuff in it (roles and schemes) was also included in the free patch that came along with it (unless I am wrong...
These devs deserve all the support we can give them. You have made an amazing job with this game, congrats!

To be honest, I am not sure what this dlc gives you that is worth even 5$. From my understanding, the good stuff in it (roles and schemes) was also included in the free patch that came along with it (unless I am wrong). However, the game has made a lot of progress since release and in order for the devs to keep working on it, a little financial support of a few dollars is well worth it in my opinion.
