By using the Leader Training Manual, you can give your character a special experience boost to help them level up!
The Operation EXP Boost is an item that can be equipped with any playable character (Note: Support Characters cannot equip the Operation EXP Boost).
How effective is it? When the equipped kansen got to level 100, my next highest levels were 69.
Any DLC that grants means of boosting EXP beyond the mechanics that is put in the base game which have to be paid for or come as part of a bundle needs to get an automatic not recommend.
It gives you one XP boost item. Not more, just one. It is only useful, when you are trying to 100% achievment the game. So only buy when you are doing that. And still, only when it is on sale.
Not worth it unless it comes for free with the bundle of wallpapers and OST. The boost only affects one ship, and it's unnecessary as all ships in your fleet get bonus XP every time you fight a battle and you'll top o...

It gives you one XP boost item. Not more, just one. It is only useful, when you are trying to 100% achievment the game. So only buy when you are doing that. And still, only when it is on sale.

Not worth it unless it comes for free with the bundle of wallpapers and OST. The boost only affects one ship, and it's unnecessary as all ships in your fleet get bonus XP every time you fight a battle and you'll top out at 200 before you finish grinding all the challenge missions, especially with max Amazon skill in support.
