Kathy Rain: Director's Cut is a re-imagining of the classic 2016 point-and-click detective mystery set in the '90s.

Kathy is a strong-willed journalism major who must come to terms with her troubled past as she investigates the mysterious death of her recently departed grandfather.
Armed with her motorcycle, a pack of cigs, and a notepad, Kathy delves into a local mystery surrounding her hometown that will take her on a harrowing journey of emotional and personal turmoil.
As she follows a trail of clues left by her grandfather, questions emerge: What was Joseph Rain really looking for that night all those years ago? What turned him into a mere shell of a man, confined to a wheelchair? What secret did a suicidal young artist take with her to the grave, and why are so many people in Conwell Springs going mad? The truth is dark, sinister, and yours to uncover…

This was a great point & click game! Kathy is a fun protagonist- like if Daria rode a motorcycle and smoked cigarettes. I enjoyed the story and the writing. I was never completely stumped on a puzzle, but they weren't...
With the exception of two puzzles that would be virtually impossible to figure out without looking them up, this was a great mystery adventure game. Highly recommend if you like old school point and click adventures.
Interactive mystery book. Your problem is to use items in right places and solve puzzles. Most of puzzles are pretty easy and logical - but there are bit harder also in mix. Ending stays bit mysterous ... No bugs - ...

Damn that was good. Some tricky puzzles, loads of missing achievements that will make me go in again. Pixel art was not an issue, game doesn't need UE5 graphics to be good. thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

This was a great point & click game! Kathy is a fun protagonist- like if Daria rode a motorcycle and smoked cigarettes. I enjoyed the story and the writing. I was never completely stumped on a puzzle, but they weren't a breeze either. I really liked that many of the achievements were playful and not always related to the story. I could see myself replaying in the future for sure!

Interactive mystery book. Your problem is to use items in right places and solve puzzles. Most of puzzles are pretty easy and logical - but there are bit harder also in mix. Ending stays bit mysterous ... No bugs - and graphics are "stylish". Voice acting is okais/good. Took me about 10 hours to finnish - I don't see reason repeat game. If you have playd Zak McKracken and other point and click adventure games - you might llike from this.

Damn that was good. Some tricky puzzles, loads of missing achievements that will make me go in again. Pixel art was not an issue, game doesn't need UE5 graphics to be good. thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
