Isandrin, eternal capital of the Edoran Empire and proud heart of the Legion, has long stood as a symbol of order and dominion. Its banners fly over a city built on discipline, faith, and conquest. Yet even this bastion now trembles from within.
Newly appointed General Maxime was meant to serve as a puppet of the Legion. Instead, the young scholar, inspired by the Ancients, has begun reshaping the capital through bold reforms, even founding a Parliament. Change breeds enemies. From shadowed streets to noble halls, tensions rise. Hired to restore order, you must uncover what drives the turmoil and bring lasting peace to Isandrin, before the city tears itself apart.
Unrest in Isandrin is more than rumor. Chaos can be felt, seen, and measured in the life of its streets. As tensions spread, the capital grows harsher. Prices surge, contracts vanish, riots erupt, districts close, and danger follows you even within the walls…
To steady the capital, you must snuff out the turmoil yourself. Hunt down brigands, tear hostile propaganda from the walls, fund charitable works across the city, or let your bard sway the crowd in the General’s favor. Every action shifts the balance. Calm the population, and the city answers with open streets and thriving trade. Let unrest grow, and Isandrin will descend into an open crisis.
Order cannot be restored by steel alone, but it begins there. Face new battle scenarios where objectives matter as much as survival. Capture fleeing criminals before they escape and fuel the unrest. Escort vulnerable convoys through relentless reinforcements. Fight through burning streets to defeat rioters and rescue trapped civilians before the flames consume them.
Speed, positioning, and decisive action define these encounters. In Isandrin, victory is not only about who stands at the end, but what remains of the city when the fighting stops.
