Sunset Hills is a hand-drawing novel-style narrative puzzle game about the travels of novelist Nico after his discharge from the army.
As Nico travels by train to each city to visit his former comrades, the player encounters a variety of people and events and learns about life through solving puzzles along the way.
As they reunite, they reminisce about their past experiences in the war, unravel the war and Nico's past, and gradually reveal the true purpose of Nico's journey.

Very conflicted. On on hand, this game absolutely adorable and I fell in love with it, especially in the second half. On the other hand, there IS a weird feeling that parts of it are missing. But if I reframe the game...

But if I reframe the game in my mind as something like to a Road Trip movie, I don't mind it as much. Maybe that was their intent. Maybe game development is expensive and content gets cut sometimes. I don't know. What I do know is that I really loved what I played.
