Pretty underwhelming DLC IMO. Lots and lots of boring, sparse highways and very few town/city areas. And those that are there are very small even by ATS standards. I've driven all over the state and never really saw any scenery that was particular impressive or notable. I've never been to Nebraska IRL so maybe it's really like this, but this particular state definitely feels undercooked compared to some of its neighboring state DLCs like Kansas or Colorado.
