The world is breaking… AWAKEN - Astral Blade is a 2.5D action-adventure metroidvania where you play as Tania, a bionic warrior fighting through a world twisted by Karpas energy. I do like the way the game play is and the story is okay but there is a emphasize on the girl boss and it is a bit in your face when females are talking to each other.

I’ve been having a great time with Awaken - Astral Blade. As an older gamer that started out on the NES playing Metroid and Castlevania, this game has been a blast! Astral Blade is an awesome 2.5D platformer with great graphics and a soundtrack to match. There are plenty of abilities to unlock and secrets to find. I have over 20 hours on this game, all on the Steamdeck.
