Path of Exile 2: Return of the Ancients — launch and free weekend

Grinding Gear Games launched the major expansion Path of Exile 2: Return of the Ancients on PC and consoles. The new Runes of Aldur league servers went live on May 29, with a roughly 40 GB Steam download.

To mark the launch, the game went free for everyone for three days — May 29 to June 1. Everyone who played the Runes of Aldur league during the free weekend received new cosmetic effects, for both new and existing players on all platforms.

In addition, the Early Access Supporter Pack is 50% off from May 29 to June 12 — it grants access to the game plus 150 points for the in-game store. Private leagues are also available, and free cosmetics can be earned via Twitch drops and a Discord quest.
