An issue occurring since around September 9 prevented the "Agent of Perfection" achievement from being unlocked correctly. This issue has now been fixed.
If you have already met the requirements for the “Agent of Perfection” achievement, you can unlock it by meeting the requirements for any other achievement again.
Example: “My Very First Battle”: Win a battle.
