Echoes of a dark and violent past resonate throughout a savage land, steeped in treasure and blood. Hyper Light Drifter is an action adventure RPG in the vein of the best 16bit classics, with modernized mechanics and designs on a much grander scale.
Drifters of this world are the collectors of forgotten knowledge, lost technologies and broken histories. Our Drifter is haunted by an insatiable illness, traveling further into the lands of Buried Time, hoping to discover a way to quiet the vicious disease.
• From each character to subtle background elements, everything is lovingly hand-animated.
• Easy to pick up, difficult to master; enemies are vicious and numerous, hazards will easily crush your frail body, and friendly faces remain rare.
• Upgrade weapons, learn new skills, discover equipment and traverse a dark, detailed world with branching paths and secrets abound.

ten years later and this game is a still a masterpiece, im amazed at how little it event takes up my battery and works perfectly fine on my potato laptop i love its story and gameplay and im so glad indie cross intro...

destaca por su arte sin quedarse atras por la jugabilidad y su historia que aunque esta no esta relatada mas bien es a travez de imagenes que uno se debe hacerse la idea sigue generando alguna intriga desta. creo que...

Incredible. I dont know how I slept on this game for 10 years. Gameplay, level designs and soundtrack are all perfect.

love the visual style and soundtrack, the environments are the best part about this game. secrets are really good too where instead of random walls being false there are really subtle hints to where hidden things are....

many secrets, fun combat and good bosses, though the cutscenes are a bit too loud. i also wish the lore of the game was explained a bit more because i genuinly have no idea whats going.

A super simple game with easy to learn controls it isnt that hard or too easy overall a GOOD game.

ten years later and this game is a still a masterpiece, im amazed at how little it event takes up my battery and works perfectly fine on my potato laptop i love its story and gameplay and im so glad indie cross introduced me to this

love the visual style and soundtrack, the environments are the best part about this game. secrets are really good too where instead of random walls being false there are really subtle hints to where hidden things are. the hit stun in combat was annoying sometimes and some of the achievements are ridiculous but besides that everything else is extremely solid. if another hyper light game is made, i sure do hope its not a coop roguelite that gets canned after mixed reception!

destaca por su arte sin quedarse atras por la jugabilidad y su historia que aunque esta no esta relatada mas bien es a travez de imagenes que uno se debe hacerse la idea sigue generando alguna intriga desta. creo que es corto pero aun así como metroidvania llama a explorar para conseguir mejoras que talvez no sean necesarias pero pueden ayudarte bastante.
