Severed Steel is a single-player FPS featuring a fluid stunt system, destructible voxel environments, loads of bullet time, and a unique one-armed protagonist. It's you, your trigger finger, and a steel-toed boot against a superstructure full of bad guys. Chain together wall runs, dives, flips, and slides to take every last enemy down.

A Unique Fighter
Play as Steel, a nimble, one-armed sharpshooter on a mission. There is no reloading – pick your shots well and be ready to pry a loaded weapon from your enemies' cold dead hands.
Stylish Combat
Dodge bullets, leap off walls, slide kick, throw weapons – do whatever it takes to come out on top in intense and frenzied firefights.
Fully Destructible Environment
Punch through thick concrete with .50 cal slugs, or make big holes in things with your arm cannon. Carve your own path through completely destructible levels.
Dynamic AI
No two battles are the same thanks to dynamic, unscripted, squad-based AI.
Firefight Mode
Chase high scores and fast times for leaderboard acclaim in this arcade-styled mode. Features 42 levels, each with their own sub-challenges, and over 20 unlockable, game modifying 'Mutators'.
Campaign Mode
Blast through six compact story chapters as you battle against the forces of nefarious mega-corporation, EdenSys. Finish the campaign and want more? Try New Game + mode which mixes up the campaign for a fresh playthrough.
Rogue Mode
Severed Steel with Rogue-lite elements. Click the Rogue Steel button on the main menu to start a short, randomly generated, 10 level campaign. Features unlockable perks, skins, and more.
Accessibility
A range of adjustable settings for features such as difficulty, visuals, audio, controls, navigation, and more.
Level Editor (with Steam Workshop support)
Build levels and share them with the community. Note: This feature is in beta and will continue to be updated post-launch.

The last time i had this much fun with guns was in Gmod and Payday 2. It's insanely optimized. On my gpu with RTX, on ultra and 1080p i get stable 75 fps and i'm not even maxing out my gpu. It's like if Hotline Miami,...

Very cool bullet time FPS. I got it in the sale for 90% off, which is an absolute….. steel (!) But even for full price, is a super fun game. Lots of replayability too, with added New Game+, daily challenges, rougelite mode, and firefight. I’d actually played the open world follow up to this already (Echo Point Nova), so sort of knew the vibe. This is a bit tighter and gives that Matrix vibes. Plus looks great maxed out with RTX. Recommended!

It's like if Hotline Miami, Max Payne and Super Hot were combined except it removed the most annoying thing. Being 1 shot and having to redo the mission 2000 times.

Although I haven't finished this game, I keep coming back to it due to the amazing gun-play with great movement tech and A BANGING OST!!!!! Its like Max Payne meets Cyberpunk!!!! Good pick!!!!!

Simple and fun! I had a good time with this game. The gameplay is awesome, and fast, with a good arrangement of moves. It is designed to make you feel REALLY BADASS. Complemented by a soundtrack that fits perfectly this style of game. Its graphics are well polished and the guns feel SOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!! You're in for a good time! This game is short, I've finished it in about 4 hours. Also it's cheap when on sale. There's no excuse for not picking it up.

Game is great. Works even on this PC(Specs attached). It's a decently big campaign considering that I got it for a cheap price on a sale. Gameplay is very Good and Entertaining to play. what i like is the fact that breaking walls to efficiently go ahead is part of the gameplay instead of finding window and whatnot. That is badass. I also played it on Linux and it works flawlessly with proton 10/11. Parkour is also fun and I have not even delve into the workshop.
