Why was my order cancelled and refunded?
An order may be cancelled and refunded if the payment can't be completed or verified. This happens for a few common reasons that are easy to fix.
Common reasons
- Bank security checks — your bank may block a payment that looks unusual or comes from another country.
- Incorrect card details — a small mistake in the card number, CVV or billing address stops the payment.
- Insufficient funds or limits — the balance is too low or a spending limit was reached.
- Out of stock — in rare cases the key sells out before delivery; the refund is issued automatically.
How to try again
- Double-check your card details and billing address.
- Try a different card or payment method.
- Ask your bank to approve the transaction if it was blocked.
- Wait a few minutes and retry.
