What is our refund policy?

Short version — if you didn't get a working game, you get your money back.

Full refund

• The key has not been revealed and not activated.
• The key is invalid or already used, and we couldn't replace it with a working one.
• The key can't be activated in your region even though the product page said it could — your choice of replacement or refund.

Not refundable

• A working key that has already been activated — the game is permanently linked to your Steam account.

Refunds are sent right after confirmation and reach your card within a few hours up to 5 business days, depending on the bank.
