How do I request a refund for my purchase?

Requesting a refund takes about a minute.

  1. Open the refund request form on the "I want a refund" page.
  2. Enter your email and order number.
  3. Choose the reason: key not received, key doesn't work, region restriction, or bought by mistake.
  4. Describe what happened — if the key doesn't activate, mention the exact error message. Screenshots can be sent as a reply to our confirmation email.

We reply within 2 hours with either a replacement key or a confirmed refund.
