How do I request a refund for my purchase?
Requesting a refund takes about a minute.
- Open the refund request form on the "I want a refund" page.
- Enter your email and order number.
- Choose the reason: key not received, key doesn't work, region restriction, or bought by mistake.
- Describe what happened — if the key doesn't activate, mention the exact error message. Screenshots can be sent as a reply to our confirmation email.
We reply within 2 hours with either a replacement key or a confirmed refund.
