Data Deletion Instructions

At Playzoomi, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your account, including data we receive when you sign in with Facebook.

What data we hold

When you create an account or sign in through Facebook, we may store your name, email address, profile identifier, and your order history with Playzoomi. We use this information only to operate your account, process orders, and provide customer support.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at support@playzoomi.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the name and email you used to register so we can locate your account.

We will verify your request, delete your personal data from our active systems, and confirm by email once it is complete. We aim to process all requests within 30 days. Please note that we may be required to retain certain records (such as transaction and tax records) for the period mandated by applicable law; these will be deleted once the retention period expires.

If you signed in using Facebook, you can also remove Playzoomi's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
