Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?

Yes — as long as the key hasn't been revealed or activated, we refund the full price, no questions asked.

Once a key is revealed or activated it can no longer be returned: activation permanently links the game to your Steam account, and the key can't be resold or reused.

What counts as "revealed"?

A key is considered revealed once you've opened it on the order page (clicked "Show key"). If you haven't opened it, just submit a refund request with your order number.
