Even though people say the movement and mechanics are scuffed, but it throws you a f*king lot of hours of gameplay, and throws a lot of enemies. I really love the powerups and the new skill mechanic. 10/10.
In a time where every game has unfathomable complexity, Serious Sam focuses on what matters. Guns, shooting hordes of aliens, banter. If you wear a tin foil hat, you will also be amazed at the storyline (HAARP IYKYN)....

Not an epic title but enjoyable one, I liked this despite all negative experience on the start (bugs, poor performance and so on). Current version is good. This is pure "eurojank" experience and that's massively appreciated in current world of AAA slop, it is both "new" and "old" feel, thus refreshing. Finished whole game under Proton runtime on Arch, no issues at all.

In a time where every game has unfathomable complexity, Serious Sam focuses on what matters. Guns, shooting hordes of aliens, banter. If you wear a tin foil hat, you will also be amazed at the storyline (HAARP IYKYN). Could it be a secret message of our destiny? Play to find out! Lots of fun.
