The Umbrella Corporation and its crop of lethal viruses have been destroyed and contained. But a new, more dangerous threat has emerged. Years after surviving the events in Raccoon City, Chris Redfield has been fighting the scourge of bio-organic weapons all over the world. Now a member of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Chris is sent to Africa to investigate a biological agent that is transforming the populace into aggressive and disturbing creatures. Joined by another local BSAA agent, Sheva Alomar, the two must work together to solve the truth behind the disturbing turn of events.
This game is a port of the Games for Windows - Live version that was released in 2009. If you buy the Untold Stories Bundle here on Steam, it will be the same as upgrading to Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition.
Does not support NVIDIA GeForce 3D Vision which came with the original Games for Windows - Live version.

I genuinely considered uninstalling this game multiple times during my playthrough but they should be glad I'm a masochist (And my friend made it more enjoyable, thank pookie)
i wish wesker had more screen time. i don't recommend playing this game alone. also, one of the bosses is glitched, so just shoot it with an rpg. fun shooting game overall.

I played this single player: do not play this single player. The gameplay is broken on PC in some areas and the CPU is horrible; legitimately detrimental to your progress. This game has the classic early 2000s shooter brown/green colors, and loses all of the classic RE horror elements. Would be fun with friends, perhaps, but so is literally everything else.

One of the best co-op games I've ever played. It's extremely fun to play with a friend. I simply have nothing bad to say about this game. I love it, and if I've learned anything, it's this: We need more deadly diseases in Africa, if you ask me, so we can have a sequel to Resident Evil 5.
