Metro 2033 is a very enjoyable shooter with some light horror elements. Exploration and stealth are rewarded. Totally worth it. Get it on sale and have fun. I was also listening to the audio book between play sessions. Would reccomend it.

7 hours of pure atmospheric horror, this game made me feel very suffocated and the reality of what it means to survive in a post apocolyptic world. i regret not playing this game before now i have completed this game the constant feeling of fear of something like running out of bullets, filters can make you feel so scared and its awesome. first game in the series didnt dissapoint me.

Amazing game! A very interesting setting with a lot of potential, I really loved the post apocalyptic setting and the mutants that roam this dark land. The gameplay is great, feels a lot like Fallout and Half Life. But nothing beats the Russian vibes with the voice acting.

This is a game where you need patience to focus on story, it is a story game but slow at times where you sit and listen to npcs talk about how it feels to live in the metro stations, and if you pay attention to npcs, it really digs deep into the metro's lore (as always) on how they live and how it feels to live in... well the metro tunnels. And it based on a book so ya know it gonna be hella fire. also the fov is nonchangeble unless you edit the game.
