EXPLORE A DARK, OPEN WORLD
You awaken from slumber as a weakened vampire lord in the cursed land of Sangavia. Rebuild your fallen castle. Its heart, the Castle Core, is still pulsing with ancient hunger. Fuel the Core with blood to unlock new regions, discover hidden areas shrouded in mist, and reclaim your power in a dark action-adventure with castle building, exploration and RPG elements.

Rebuild your fortress and shape it to your will - towering halls, secret chambers, and gothic spires rising from the night. Your castle is your refuge, your power, and the true symbol of your growing dominion.
GROW YOUR VAMPIRE FOLLOWING
The world is filled with prey. Feed on humans and beasts that roam the night to regain your strength and fuel your dark rituals. Command loyal vampire thralls to serve your will - from crafting, hunting, and building to protecting your dark empire.
CO-OP MULTIPLAYER
As a Child of the Night, you don’t have to be alone. Invite your friends to rule the land as equals and see where your individual decisions lead you. Unleash your creativity when you build your castle together. Explore the grim, sinister and bloody Sangavia as a team and face the dangers waiting in the darkness.
SURVIVE AS A VAMPIRE
To survive the night, you must evolve your vampiric abilities through an intricate skill tree and embrace the forms that shape your legacy. Shift between the Aristocrat and Hunter forms, or transform into a bat to roam the skies and uncover distant lands. Power invites resistance, and the Inquisition will never stop hunting you. Crush their holy warriors in brutal, skill-based combat to defend your vampire reign.
Feed the Castle Core, awaken forgotten power, and uncover the secrets of Sangavia. Rule the night alone, or rise alongside up to three allies in 4-player co-op.

As others have said, this is a cool concept for a game but the performance is just abysmal right now. This seems to be pretty early on so hopefully it gets better over time.

This game does have promise and I can forgive quite a bit considering the asking price, but as of the writing of this review the game has no way to turn off screen shake. Every time I have to strike a rock or tree to collect resources the screen jumps around and shakes. The camera also wobbles and tilts when sprinting. This is unacceptable and should not be forced on any customer.

Wanted to just ignore the reviews who complain about bad optimization. But when you have to wait ten minutes on the loading screen, while you can hear your character able to move around and attack when you're pressing WASD and clicking... What in the world.

well this is basically the vampire masquerade game they should have made, this games got a lot of issues but it runs the loading screen will drive you insane, the combat is okay the skill tree is cool , the building is cool, making servants based on their skills is awesome this game has massive potential i really really hope it keeps improving and get more variations of monsters and crafting.

its progression type game start out simple skill as story line quest are completed you gain more ability all humans can be you servant or your meal i killed way to many in begining not knowing that later in game you might need that one for their skills such as blacksmith if you eat blacksmith oh well any way more fun as it progressessessessseeesss , Friend me i8squirrel

Its still very EA, With that in mind I don't think its that bad. I can see this being a 3rd person V-rising. Needs a lot of work. very survival crafty at its core. I got this game on sale for $10 very worth it for what it is currently. I enjoy survival craft games where you manage companions. Makes a relative single player type game feel more alive. Combat is a bit janky but will improve. overall looking forward to where this game goes.
