Each sponsor has their own unique vehicle and building that only their colonies can construct and take advantage of in their mission. Express the individuality of your space-faring conglomerate inside and out of your domes.
Meet two new players in the fight for the final frontier. Japan and Brazil are now available as brand new mission sponsors and are ready to move heaven and Mars to make their mark!

The new sponsors and all the unique additions to sponsors are a lot of fun to play with. The rival colonies add just about nothing though. Would be a strong recommend if you can get it on sale.

This DCL is odd, at first it's a bit annoying and feels like a waste but as you play more and use other DLCs this one really starts to become useful. Just the subtlety of trading thecs and resources with other colonies is hugely important and can greatly increase the survivability of your colony and allows you to play your colony in different ways you wouldn't have before. This DLC is a bit expensive by worth it on sale

Adds some new story events, as well as the super useful resupply capsule (a cheap cargo-only rocket). Aside from that, the focus is on new sponsors and rival colonies. These don't really add anything to the game beyond some cosmetic tweaks and a set of objectives to give you a sense of direction. It's a solid DLC but quite overpriced for what it is. Sideways thumb from me, and I'd say wait for a deep discount.

This DLC doesn't add much to the game play. The sponsor goals are "nice to have" but neither challenging nor valuable. The two competitors don't really 'compete'. Trading with them (resources and technology) makes the game easier. Quite the price for this DLC.

Paradox is pulling an anti-consumer practice and charging people for bug fixes on DLC they have released for this game in the relaunch. I'm now starting to lean in the direction of adding this publisher to my boycott list, with how they keep screwing over the consumers and how they've been handling game development for the past several years. I strongly recommend reconsidering future purchases with this Publisher.

Excellent DLC that adds depth to each individual faction, since every faction now gets an unique vehicle and building that is not accesible to the other factions. There are also 2 new factions, Brazil (which is quite overpowered in my opinion), and Japan. The rival colony mechanic is kinda mid, but id get the DLC just for the unique vehicles/buildings for each faction.

The new sponsors and all the unique additions to sponsors are a lot of fun to play with. The rival colonies add just about nothing though. Would be a strong recommend if you can get it on sale.
