If this wasn't a mass effect game it would be fine, but every time I do a quest I am reminded how much weaker the writing is than the other 3 games.
Not as fluid and well thought out as the orginal trilogy... However, you can feel the "effects" of its predecessors.. So far its a decent play 7/10
Really enjoying, played the first three a few times, and also Andromeda on release. Picked it up on sale and it plays well, and I am finding the whole experience really good. Playing on Steam Deck, solid 45fps.
I wanted to like it, tried to like it, but the game would freeze when I accessed the menu. Happened several times. I looked up a fix and was given four completely different fixes--four. If a game requires that much of...
Its a shame this game did not get the love the others did. Its, fun and could have lead to another great Trilogy.
It's Mass Effect. Even nearly 10 years later, it has its moments of brilliance.

I wanted to like it, tried to like it, but the game would freeze when I accessed the menu. Happened several times. I looked up a fix and was given four completely different fixes--four. If a game requires that much of a workaround to function, it's not worth my time. This is why I rarely play PC games anymore. I spend more time troubleshooting than actually playing games.
