If your computer can cope with the lag the challenges are so much fun in this. I'd highly recommend. Adds so much depth to the area. Also, the music is BRILLIANT.

Incredibly poorly balanced. Nomads are superior to every other government type in pretty much every way. Playing as a nomad might be fun for a game or two, but playing around them is not fun at all. And because of Genghis Khan, playing almost anywhere on the map counts as playing around nomads.

Genuinely the best DLC. Music is amazing, being a nomad is fun once you figure out how it works. Gameplay wise its similar but a better version of roads to power. Before this dlc I had no interest in the steppe, only Europe.

The Nomadic government while unique in theory isnt that much difference in practice in fact alot more tedious. The Mongol Culture changes are fine but worse then the other flavor packs besides Spain. Overpriced. Fine but not worth buying
