Gives you the exclusive Transmutation Rune which allows you to absorb any of the game's relics and transform them into one of your choice.
The Transmutation Rune allows you to always have the best one at your disposal for any given situation! Note: This ability only becomes available once you have picked up your first relic and you can only transform a relic into one you have already discovered.
Useful but not essential.
This has saved me so much during boss fights and the challenges, as well as when roaming the city and castle! Always great to have a back-up of 5 relics... And it is even better that we can transmute any relic we plea...
Nice little bonus item that can help in a pinch, but on Normal, it isn't essential as enemies drop relics pretty frequently. At only $1 though, I think it's worth having.
While this DLC isn't essential the relic pack is quite useful.

While this DLC isn't essential the relic pack is quite useful.

And it is even better that we can transmute any relic we please. An essential. especially if you play on Prince of Darkness difficulty, because those bottles of "tears of a Saint" really can vanish fast. Alucard can also use it.
