Born a slave, Adewale found freedom as a pirate aboard Edward Kenway’s ship, the Jackdaw. 15 years later, Adewale has become a trained Assassin who finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue without weapons or crew. The mechanic to liberate the slaves is a neat feature that I really enjoyed; unfortunately, this game suffers in the fact that its not a mainline game so the story doesn't have tons of time to develop. Overall, it's a pretty good game though. Shoutout to my main man, Adewale! 6/10

Adéwale is a great character, and despite the limited story, they do explore themes of meaning and futility in the slave rebellions in the Caribbean in the 18th century.
