The story definitely isn't as strong as the first game, but the improved combat completely makes up for it. Gunplay feels way tighter, the new weapons are awesome, and the horde/arcade mode is super addicting. If you ...

The story definitely isn't as strong as the first game, but the improved combat completely makes up for it. Gunplay feels way tighter, the new weapons are awesome, and the horde/arcade mode is super addicting. If you liked the core mechanics of Alan Wake and just want more refined gameplay, it's totally worth playing.
