It is a fine implementation of a strategy game. The mechanics are interesting and deep but not overwhelming. The game is about a bug free as a game can be. Some of the interface features are clunky, but it's effective. The biggest issue for me is the AI. It's scripted, and after you learn the script, playing against it becomes fairly trivial.
