CONSTANT mass shootings, bombings, robberies, roving gangs, cartels, human trafficking, terror attacks.
Is SWAT going to show up?
Maybe.
How many more times?
What is being done to actually prevent this? Last night our one charity event to address this crisis was a terror target, now all we have from it are photos of massacre, putrid skin bubbling on victims and survivors.
We try to deal with droughts that kill our ability to feed our communities. Drugs that devastate our families. Collapsing banking systems. Criminal organizations who fester on the corruption. The federal government can barely even help us.
It almost seems like they want us to fall apart
We tried. We gave the LSPD and this whole s**tshow a shot. What are we doing as the blood of every innocent person who dies on our streets boils in the cracks?

Perfect, like always. But as I said in my reviews of the other DLCs, I think 3 missions is far too few. I think every DLC should include at least 5 missions. That aside, it's an amazing DLC overall, with great missions, some of which are especially challenging, time-consuming, and require a lot of awareness. I really enjoyed it, but again, only having 3 missions is a bit disappointing.

I liked the difficulty of the rest of the game and its dlcs, but here the shortcomings of the AI are becoming apparent. Commander difficulty is torture.

Absolutely f'ing brutal DLC. Yes. Once again, VOID absolutely smash it out of the park with the environmental storytelling. Lore and Atmosphere is a 10/10. Already a fan of the game? get this. Hold your nose as you go into the arcades on the first mission, and also Good luck with the final mission. Your going to need it. I'm looking forward to where the game is going from here since we finally met the MLO in this DLC.

Enemy ai overpowered as always and your swat members do absolutely nothing other then standing around doing NOTHING the whole time.
